London Community Meals on Wheels provides meal preparation and delivery services for older people, vulnerable adults, families, care settings and others who require regular meal support. Services are arranged according to the customer’s individual meal and delivery requirements.
Meal Subscriptions
Customers can choose from the available meal subscription options based on their needs. Subscription details, meal requirements and delivery arrangements will be discussed and confirmed before the service begins.
Changes to Your Service
If your meal requirements, delivery arrangements or circumstances change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss any requested changes and confirm what can be accommodated.
Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel, pause or make changes to their meal subscription should contact us in advance. Cancellation arrangements and any applicable notice requirements will be confirmed as part of the agreed service arrangement.
Special & Modified Meals
Where modified-texture, consistency or specialist meals are required, these will be prepared according to documented recommendations provided by an appropriate healthcare professional.
